Orders are placed through our web store to ensure smooth and well‑structured handling.
Payment is required before dispatch (no payment at the time of ordering). An invoice will be emailed, including:
Ordered FinJackStands and any additional pads
Shipping costs (confirmed during the handling process)
VAT for EU buyers
Please note that the invoice covers delivery costs only. Your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or other import charges upon delivery. These are not included in our invoice.

Delivery times depend on production schedules and current order volume.
In most cases, orders are added to an upcoming or ongoing factory production run. Occasionally, FinJackStands are available for immediate dispatch from storage.
You are welcome to contact us for an estimated lead time if you prefer to confirm this before placing an order.

Order changes and cancellations are handled in accordance with EU regulations:
EU Legal Guarantee applies to consumer purchases. Consumers are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction) if goods are faulty or non‑conforming within the statutory period.
Business customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us promptly of any issues. Business‑to‑business transactions are subject to separate contractual terms.
