  • Orders are placed through our web store to ensure smooth and well‑structured handling.

    Payment is required before dispatch (no payment at the time of ordering). An invoice will be emailed, including:

    • Ordered FinJackStands and any additional pads

    • Shipping cost

    • VAT for EU buyers

    Please note that the invoice covers delivery costs only. Your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or other import charges upon delivery. These are not included in our invoice.

  • When you have placed your order, we will send you an invoice that includes a suggested shipping option. You are free to change the shipping method to the one that suits you best.

    Once everything looks correct, you can proceed with the payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been received.

  • All payments are made on the basis of the emailed invoice. The invoice may be settled using the following methods:

    • Bank transfer (SEPA)

    • PayPal

    • Card payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and CB

    • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link

    • Regional payment methods: Klarna and iDEAL

  • All FinJackStand buyers are covered by the same EU‑level consumer protections, including businesses.

    These protections include the right to withdraw the order in accordance with EU regulations and a 2‑year legal guarantee starting from the day of delivery.
