Delivery times vary based on production schedules and order volume. We recommend contacting us before placing your order to receive an estimated lead time.

Often, orders can be added to a scheduled factory run. Rarely, FinJackStands are ready to ship from storage.

Orders are placed through our web store to ensure smooth and structured handling. A 10% deposit is requested when ordering, with VAT added for EU buyers. Shipping costs and possible additional carbon‑fibre pads are excluded.

The remaining balance is due before dispatch. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when the order was placed.

A shipping quote will be provided once the order is placed, or beforehand if requested. If you have preferred delivery methods or specific requirements, please let us know.

The actual, optimized and agreed shipping cost will be included in the invoice (emailed before delivery).

Order changes and cancellations are handled in accordance with EU regulations.

EU Legal Guarantee applies to consumer purchases. Consumers are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction) if goods are faulty or non‑conforming within the statutory period.

Business customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us promptly of any issues. Business‑to‑business transactions are subject to separate contractual terms.
